However, if that’s all you can bear to do then it’s better than nothing. Don’t clog up your skin and ruin its condition by sleeping with your makeup on. That stuff gets transferred onto your pillow too, so you’ll be sleeping in it until you change your pillowcase!

Skin types change with the season. This means you’ll need to change your products with the season! You might get dry skin in winter and oily in summer. If you continue to use the same products, it’s unlikely you’ll enjoy the same quality skin you had last season.

I can’t stress this enough; the things you put in your body and do with your body will have a huge impact on your skin. By making the effort to eat mostly natural, healthy foods, it’ll show on your skin. Eating too many sugary foods can make your skin spotty and dull. Exercise makes us look and feel amazing from the inside out. People who exercise always stay looking younger for longer.
Consistency is the key here! You can’t keep up a routine for a few days and then have a few days off, because it’ll show. You’ll be undoing all of your hard work. We all have off days, but these days should be rare. Be consistent and you’ll thank yourself later on down the line!
