Evening all! Here’s a little number I wore to my cousin’s vintage tea/hen party last Sunday. My lovely boyfriend Joe very kindly surprised me with this gorgeous Fred Perry dress that I am absolutely in love with, so I just had to wear it! I wore it with my fave flatform shoes, cute frilly socks, and even painted my nails yellow to match the little flowers in the dress. The polish chipped off within 24 hours though (one reason I can never be bothered with regular nail polish. Gel polish all the way!). I tried to create a kind of 60’s hair style, but this is about as 60’s as I could get it. The tea party was fab; all shabby chic decor and we drank wine out of teapots and teacups (my auntie’s innovative idea). I ate way too many finger sandwiches and cakes, but it was a special occasion so I’m allowed. I’ll be the size of a house soon.

Dress – Fred Perry at Asos

Bag – Topshop

Shoes – River Island

Socks – Topshop

I’ve decided I’m going to keep this dress forever and style it a million different ways. I want more Fred Perry stuff now too! What do you think?

    • I was torn too as they do cost a lot of money, but my boyfriend made the decision for me in the end lol! They’re so flattering and you can tell they are high quality so I’d say definitely get one! X
