Bonjour my friends! Yesterday I went to Mosborough Music Festival to see the likes of Marquis Drive, Connie Talbot, Lucy Spraggan, and The Twang. I naturally thought that this would be a brilliant opportunity to write a post to entertain you all. Originally, I bought an ethnic style two piece from Missguided to wear especially for the occasion, but after throwing away all of the returns papers I started to change my mind *sad face*. This meant I was panicking about what to wear; I scoured clothes site after clothes site for days on end, and ended up wearing things that I owned all along anyway…silly me!

Here I have on:

Tie-dye parka – Topshop.

White crop top – Topshop.

Foil printed Levi’s  – The Ragged Priest.

Timberland boots – eBay.

Necklace, Bracelets, Rings – New Look.

Rucksack – New Look.

Lennon sunglasses – Topshop.

I bought everything last year, apart from the crop top (which is now covered in mud and Bulmer’s Red Berry cider). I was pleased with this outfit in the end, although my bra kept popping out all day for some reason (good job I wore my purdy leopard print one)!  I bought the shorts from The Clothes Show in Birmingham with my girly holidays in mind, but thought I’d give them their debut at the festival instead. They’re cut off Levi’s according to the badge on the back, and I’m sure they only cost me a Fiver!! The boots were second hand from eBay, which I bought for the weekend walks that Joe and I go on when we aren’t going out on ‘the smasha’ (hence why they’re so muddy – we love a good ramble in the woods). I didn’t have time to do my nails, but If I did they would be nice and BLACK (or maybe red…but probably black). I love a good black set of nails me! It was a bit miserable in the morning (I woke up to the sound of thunder and lightening), but the sun shone for us all in the end; as you can see from the bottom picture (that’s me with Joe, my lovely boyfriend and amateur photographer).

We had a fab day at the festival and I think we’ll definitely be going back next year. I’ve been hangover free all day too, BONUS!

Are you going to any festivals this year? What are you planning on wearing? Let me know!

Hello, and welcome to my very first blog post! When I finally decided to roll out of bed this morning, I thought I’d kick the blog off with an outfit I’ve put together using some nice buys I acquired on yesterday’s ‘holiday’ shop (I just went crazy and bought loads of stuff…oops). I got some amazing things from Primark that I’ll be including in my posts over the next few weeks, so look out for those! In this post I’m wearing:

Top: Primark, £6 (yes, you read that right)

Joni Jeans: Topshop

Jelly Shoes: New Look

Bag: Primark, £9 (can you believe it?!)

Baker Watch: Marc Jacobs

Ring: Pandora

I was in a girly mood today and thought this outfit reflected that perfectly with the pastels, flowers, stripes, and birds. As you can see, I also had lots of fun playing the guitar (in between eating cookies and sweets…It is Sunday after all). My boyfriend is a pro and has been teaching me to play one of my fave songs; Oasis – Songbird. I’m slowly getting there…I’ve perfected the G chord anyhow!

P.S. Can you spot my beautiful boxer dog’s head in the background of one of the pics?
